Health systems in the world are under intense cost pressure due to the increase in chronic diseases and unhealthy lifestyles, such as obesity, lack of exercise and stress at work. Coupled with a growing demand for increased productivity in the competitive global marketplace national and multinational employers as well as most national governments are increasingly recognizing that requires a proactive and systematic approach to promoting health employees.
